No Refund Policy

All payments made towards our Training Programs are non-refundable.

Once the payment is processed and access to the Training Program, materials, or services is granted, No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, including:

  • Not attending or completing the Training Program

  • Change of mind or personal reasons

  • Misunderstanding of the Training Program content or structure

  • Delay in placement or interview opportunities

  • Any other reason

Please ensure you fully understand the Training program offering, terms and conditions, Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) policies and eligibility criteria before making the payment.
