Your privacy is important to us, and your preferred communication channels will be used exclusively for educational purposes related to our offerings.

Academic Regulations

Our academic Training programs, are subject to academic rules and regulations. It is revised from time to time. Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) is obligated to make personal academic information available to regulatory and administrative bodies for academic and statistical purposes if required.

Application Fee

Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) reserves the right to amend fees of the Training Program from time to time.

Enrollment

By enrolling as a student, the student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF). These currently include general disciplinary rules and regulations relating to examinations, assessments, learning, training, fees, and placements. Please note these may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF). You will be informed of any such changes by the institute.

  • In the event that the student is unable to submit the relevant documents supporting/testifying his qualification for the Training Program , Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the enrollment with immediate effect without any Re-Training Program  to the student whatsoever.
  • Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) has the right to cancel the admission at any point for any reason whatsoever.
  • If the student fails to pay the requisite fees in pre-agreed installments within the stipulated time along with the grace period allowed, Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) stands the right to cancel admission without any liability of refund of fees paid by the student.
  • Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) requires the student to maintain at least a 90% attendance record and 70% assessment score. In the event of a failure, Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) will not be responsible for providing placement opportunities post-completion of the Training Program.
  • In the event that any information provided is inaccurate/misrepresented, Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) reserves the right to cancel the student’s admission without any Re-Training Program  to the student whatsoever. Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) will not be liable to refund any paid fees in such an event.
  • Upon completion of the training, the student will be awarded a completion certificate of the enrolled Training Program.
  • Student agrees to maintain confidentiality of the Training Program content and distributed materials and agrees not to distribute, upload, or make them available to any individual voluntarily or involuntarily. This might result in termination of admission.
  • The institute reserves the right to withhold the Training Program completion certificate until the student’s fees have been paid. Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) also reserves the right to disallow the student from appearing in the scheduled assessments/certifications/examinations. In such an event, placement services will not be offered to the student.
  • Student clearly agrees that no representations or guarantees have been made by Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) towards job placements, salaries, or any other outcomes. Any discussions or correspondence in this regard are only indicative and do not imply a contractual obligation.
  • If any damage to property is attributable to any particular student/s, it will be promptly paid by the student for its full replacement value as decided by Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF).
  • Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) reserves the right to exclude from studies forthwith any student who willfully and persistently neglects his or her academic work to such an extent that there is no reasonable possibility of him or her  being regarded as having duly performed the work of the Training Program or being able to proceed to the next stage of the Training program.
  • IRBF will assist with only 5 Job placements opportunity for each student in Banks/ NBFCs for Job profiles as per enrolled Training Program.
  • Once Student is selected in Placement Interview of any Bank/NBFC, It will be considered as Final Job Placement from IRBF side.
  • Student should be readily open to relocate for any Job location as per available vacancies & positions in Banks/ NBFCs as per enrolled Training Program.
  • Every enrolled Student has to mandatory attend provided Job drives & scheduled Placement interviews as per IRBF – Placement Assistance rules & guidelines.
  • Student will be disqualified from IRBF – Training Program if any of the mentioned Terms & conditions are not followed as mentioned in IRBF – Website, IRBF – Admisison confirmation mail & IRBF – Admission Application Form.
  • All information provided by Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF) is deemed to be proprietary and confidential; the student will not disclose, distribute, redistribute, or hold any confidential information or any proprietary information in any form in perpetuity after the completion of the Training Program.

On Joining the Institute of Retail Banking & Finance (IRBF)

On the first day of the batch, an induction session will be conducted to guide the students about the Training Program and its prospects by the IRBF Team and Banking Trainers.
